Why am I getting a CSRF token message?
This problem usually occurs because the web browser on your computer or device is probably outdated.
Here is all you need to do:
- Download an Up to Date Web Browser. We suggest either:
Google Chrome
Or Mozilla Firefox - Follow the instructions on either of those links to download the browser and install on your computer.
- In your new web browser, go to www.sunkistsunshine.ca and then click on Sign-up to create an account or Log‑in if you have already signed up.

How do I sign-up for the contest?
To sign-up for the contest, simply click Sign-Up and complete all required information on the Registration Form.
Can I log-in with my previous contest log-in information?
No. If you have previously played in the Share the Sunshine contest in 2020, you will need to register for the 2021 promotion. Click here to complete our first time sign-up form for your chance to win!
I don’t have an email address, how do I sign up?
There are many free email services available on the Internet. We recommend MSN Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail. Follow the links to set up a new email account.
Can I use the same email address for more than one account?
Unfortunately, our system can only handle one email address per person, so one person should get a new email address. See common questions about getting a free email account through your web browser.

How do I remove myself for the contest?
To remove yourself from the contest click here. Note all of your ballots you have entered will be removed.
How do I participate without making a purchase?
On a 3” x 5” card, clearly print your name, complete residential address, phone number, date of birth and valid e-mail address. Mail in an envelope with proper postage to “Sunkist Fruit Snacks Sunshine, c/o P.O. Box 3009 M.I.P., Markham, ON L3R 6G4”. Must be legible and complete. You must complete your own entry. No copies or use of any automated, form filling, programmed or similar service or system is allowed. Each Free Mail-In Request will equal five (5) Ballot Entries. Please allow reasonable time for postal processing. Administrator will combine valid mail-in entries with electronic entries prior to subsequent drawings. You will be contacted only in the event that you are a winner. There is a limit of one (1) mail-in request per person, per day during the sweepstakes period. All mail-in requests must be received by September 13, 2021.
How do I know if I’m a winner?
If you are drawn in the contest you will receive a phone call or email from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided when you completed our online registration form to SIGN-UP.
What is a captcha?
A captcha is a security feature on our web page. When you click on the box that says “I’m not a robot,” some images should appear, please click on the images that correspond to the question above the pictures.
